How to make Vanilla Caramel pudding

How to make Vanilla Caramel pudding

For the pudding

Ingredients:

Condensed Milk (794g)
Water (625ml)
2 teaspoon Lemon zest
1 Vanilla Bean (Depending on the taste you desire,
If you don’t have vanilla Beans you can take 4 teaspoon of Vanilla essence for that matter)

Instructions:

1. Combine milk, Water, lemon zest, vanilla bean (to remove the seeds from the vanilla bean you must hold and separate the bean carefully and take out the seeds) in a medium saucepan; stir over medium heat, bring to a boil, and take the pudding out of the heat.

2. Filter the mixer before pouring it in to the pudding pane. (By now the caramel should be set, so you can pour the mixer to the pane)


3. Take a another pane (pane should be bigger than the pudding pane) place the pudding pane on the large pane pour ½ water (don’t worry water will not run in side the pudding)

4. Place the pudding in the oven, for 15 to 20 minutes, 300C’

5. Let it simmer and refrigerate it up to 6 hours.

6. After 6 hours you can turn it over. (Have a flat plate on top of the pudding pane and just turn the pudding, don’t be nervous to turn it around just do it in one take)

For the Caramel

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup White sugar
3 tablespoons of water

Instructions

1. place sugar, water in medium saucepan, up to 10 minutes, you only need to make the sugar golden brown, pour the caramel on to the pudding pane, spread the caramel on the pane and let it aside.

I saw this caramel pudding recipe on travel and living channel, before I did not know how to turn the caramel pudding around. But after seeing it on TV, I thought that I need to make this recipe my self; I was able to turn it around. I made this recipe three times now I hope you will enjoy it as I did making it.
